When it comes to fancy candles, Diptyque reigns supreme. Adored by everyone from Beyoncé to LeBron James, Diptyque candles have been a status symbol since the Parisian luxury fragrance brand was founded 60 years ago. In celebration of the anniversary this year, Diptyque has released a limited-edition collection of their most beloved scented candles (and yes, Baies is one of them).

The collection is called “Dancing Ovals,” a reference to the playful graphic designs etched on the normally plain glass jars the candles come in. Slightly psychedelic, the designs play on the iconic oval label found on all Diptyque candles—for the limited collection, the simple shape now “vibrates, dances and adorns the cases and the glasses of iconic candles,” as Diptyque puts it. If fancy candles are your weakness (or, you know, your strength), then you already know Diptyque is worth it — plus, long after the candle itself burns away, the limited-edition jar will live on as a treasured piece of decor. Check out the collection below.

Smelling of freshly picked blackcurrant and roses, it’s inarguably Diptyque’s most popular scent, and one whiff is all it takes to understand why: it’s perfect. The art on this limited-edition version looks like an infinite wall of stacked 3-D tunnels — “an original and graphic invitation to discover the world of Diptyque,” as the brand puts it.

Both delicate and richly warm, the Figuier candle will absolutely fill your space with the smells of a fig tree: the dense, woody bark and fresh leaves; the subtle sweetness of figs starting to ripen. Better still, the graphic motif covering the jar is seriously hypnotizing — it’ll look especially cool as the candle begins to burn down and the shapes cast soft shadows all over the room.

A favorite of Meghan Markle, Diptyque’s Tubéreuse candle evokes the heady, pleasantly creamy fragrance of tuberose, the lily-like white flower. It’s perfect if you love floral scents but still want something sophisticated and unique, especially since the simple, striking motif is arguably the grooviest of the bunch.

The art for the limited-edition Roses candle is on the softer, subtler side, the perfect complement to the delicate fragrance. While a rose scent may not seem particularly exciting, don’t underestimate the powers of Diptyque. The brand describes the fresh, vibrant fragrance as “rose bushes overflowing with flowers,” adding, “Some are still opening, others are blooming, their petals still beaded with dew.” So romantic.

Can’t decide which scent to buy? Looking for the most cost-effective way to earn maximum Diptyque name-dropping rights? (i.e. “Oh, yeah, Baies is classic, but I actually like Figuier better when it’s cold out.”) Either way, this limited-edition set is for you. Rather than one classic 190-gram candle, you’ll get three smaller 70-gram candles from the Dancing Ovals collection — Baies, Figuier, and Roses — each in distinct limited-edition jars and packaged together in a gorgeous gift box.
