Skip the Pie, Make Pumpkin Cake Instead
Not a fan of pumpkin pie for Thanksgiving? That’s totally understandable. If you want to keep it somewhat traditional, however, this pumpkin spice cake is here to hold your hand.
Made with pumpkin purée, lots of spices, and a caramel cream cheese frosting, this cake is just enough like pumpkin pie. (Maybe even better.) Take note that the dried leaves adorning that cake are definitely not optional – what a fun decoration for a fall cake!
