One of our favorite snacks is a hardboiled egg, and because we love them so much, we usually have a large amount of them in our refrigerator at any one time.

To keep track of dates we picked up this simple tip to ensure each egg we eat was boiled exactly when we thought it was!

We've all been there before... standing in front of the refrigerator looking at something and trying to remember how old is really is. No one wants to crack open an egg that's gone a little south, so to keep track of how long they're at their freshest, Yum Sugar suggests writing the boiling date on each egg.

Hard-boiled eggs hold well in the fridge for at least a week, but opening the fridge and seeing how old they are can help encourage you to consume them instead of last night's Thai food!
