Every now and then, we get to steal a glimpse inside a celebrity’s home and see how they enjoy their place of comfort. Each time a celebrity puts their home on the market — despite the price tag and perhaps some of the gaudy furniture — it becomes more and more obvious that they are not much different from the rest of us. They want their home to be private, comfortable, and full of things that are important to them — and who would oppose that? The latest celeb joining the list? Daniel Radcliffe.

Recently, the actor — of Harry Potter fame — sold his 11th floor Manhattan condo for $5.3 million to Dutch apparel magnate and founder of the fashion brand Suitsupply, Fokk de Jong. And while we’re not sure what led to the sale, one thing is for certain: I wouldn’t mind living in that kind of style.

Purchasing the unit back in 2008 for a cool $4.9 million, the then-19-year-old star cozied up in the gut-renovated and wonderfully beautiful modern home. Featuring floor to ceiling windows and views of the Hudson River, the 2,445-square foot unit boasts tons of natural light and plenty of storage space throughout.

The living room ties the entire place together, providing plenty of open space for get-togethers, and leads you to a connected dining area, followed by a V-shaped chef’s kitchen. Once in the kitchen, you’re then greeted with clean white countertops and stainless steel appliances, as well as an island feature that provides a view into the adjacent library/media room, giving guests the ability to converse between both spaces.

With 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, and 1 half bath, a unit like this would make either the perfect bachelor pad or starter family home for anyone willing to pay the steep price of admission.
