Daily Scoop: Ice Cream Truffles

These tiny balls of ice cream are an exceptionally cute twist on the traditional chocolate truffle. They might be a fun party project. Scoop the little balls of ice cream with a melon baller and leave them overnight in the freezer, covered in wax paper.

Then let your party guests dip, coat, and roll truffles just the way they like them!
