Daily Preserves: Ann’s Pickled Cauliflower and Purple Cabbage
We are not in the mood for canning something sweet, we have realized. That is the problem. We don’t feel like canning applesauce – we want something hot, salty, or savory. We have been obsessively Googling pickle recipes, and of course Ann’s blog is one of the first places we looked. These hot pink pickled vegetables are tempting – made with hot chilies and tangy vinegar.
