Cut-Out Cookie Recipes That Aren't Sugar or Gingerbread?
Q: I have a ton of adorable cookie cutters that I'd like to use, but I feel like all of the cookie recipes I have for shaped cookies are either sugar, shortbread or gingerbread.
Do you know of some alternative cookie flavors that I could use for my burgeoning cutter collection?

And remember that you can always add lemon zest, caramel flavoring, or other mix-ins to sugar cookies to mix up the tastes a bit.
Readers, other suggestions for Hilary?
