When I was growing up, my family was really into Easter. We did an egg hunt in the yard every year, and my mother made us all individual Easter baskets full of candy and maybe a coloring book or two. I was far more upset when I learned that the Easter bunny wasn’t real than when I discovered Santa didn’t exist (I hope there are no young children reading this).

The special-edition peeps are dipped in chocolate (milk, dark, or white — your choice) and then dipped in your choice of sprinkles, crushed cookies, crushed pretzels, chocolate chips, or toasted coconut. Talk about an upgrade!

Called “My Peeps,” the customizable candies can be ordered through the Peeps & Company website by the dozen (two packs of six) for $29.95. They’re made-to-order and available while supplies last, and are sure to make a unique addition to your Easter spread.
