Here's another cooking challenge from my desk to yours: I've been making an effort to keep calories down and nutrition up in my daily meals, especially when it comes to snacks. But it's still chilly outdoors, and I'm not always in the mood for a bowl of crunchy celery sticks. Are all of the healthy snacks cold and crunchy?
Sometimes I just want a big warm slab of toasted bread with peanut butter, and while I do indulge in this from time to time, I've been eating a lot of homemade dips with celery sticks and sliced bell pepper.
What other healthy snacks aren't cold and crunchy? Have you found any warm snacks that are really yummy and satisfying, but still healthy and light?
