Our love for Costco runs deep. The chicken bakes, the free samples, the family-sized portions of popular snacks at a discounted price, the affordable athleisure — Costco has it all.

While you can shop online (and buy things like budget wedding flowers), it just isn’t the same as the in-store experience. To that end, Costco is opening six new stores in the United States this year. And there just might be one coming to your area soon.

The wholesale giant — which already boasts more than 800 locations worldwide and claims one of the top five spots as the world’s largest retailer — is scheduled to open new locations in Utah, Florida, Texas, California, Wisconsin, and Missouri.

Set in a rapidly growing section of the Salt Lake Valley, Riverton, Utah, has 33 community parks, mountain views, and an iconic Old Dome Meeting Hall that serves as a gathering place and space for historic and cultural displays. Their Costco location is set to open on May 19.

The St. Augustine location, however — which will be nestled in one of the oldest cities in America — will see itself joining brick-lined streets, centuries-old buildings, hidden courtyards, and 42 miles of beautiful beaches when it opens in August.

The home of Texas A&M University, College Station will also join the list of new Costco locations this August. Joining the town’s existing list of attractions, including the George Bush Presidential Library and Museum and Century Square — a mixed-use development — there will no longer be a need to drive to major cities like Dallas-Fort Worth, San Antonio, or Houston to pick up your Costco needs.

Both Murrieta, California (named after the ranchero who founded it), and Wisconsin’s small population town of Verona will also see Costco locations arrive this August, while University City, Missouri — which is located near the famous Gateway Arch — will see its Costco debut in November.

New locations not in your area? Don’t fret! You can always check out the Costco Next online program instead.
