It’s the most wonderful time of the year — for decor! I love decorating my home for the holidays and getting into the festive spirit. The kitchen, the dining room, the living room — every space in my house gets decked out. And I have my decor staples, of course, but I’m also always on the hunt for items that spruce up my holiday look, and Costco seems to have everything I need.

A nifty trend I love every year, but especially this year, is decorative indoor plants. They bring a special touch of life (and greenery) to any holiday style and help cozy up your space. The holidays are such a busy time, though, especially when you’re baking heaps of Christmas cookies for holiday parties, hosting, and wrapping gifts. I worry that I may not have the time or energy to properly care for new plants during such a hectic season. That all changed, though, once I learned the beloved Bloomaker wax-dipped amaryllis bulbs are back in Costco stores, just in time for the holidays!

The bulbs are a steal of a deal, coming in at just $21.99 (yep, you read that price right!) for a three-pack in Costco stores. You can buy them online as well for $37.99, but I recommend trying to find this amazing in-store deal if you can. Your wallet will thank you big time!

These fan-favorite and low-maintenance gems add perfect touches of holiday cheer throughout the home. The 28-centimeter bulb bases come in an assortment of colored wax in red, silver, and gold, which perfectly accent any decor setup. They naturally catch your eye and instantly create beautiful festive centerpieces on your coffee table, kitchen counter, or dining room table.

There are so many great things about these bulbs, but the best thing about them is that you don’t need the world’s greenest thumb to keep them alive. They already have all the water and nutrients they need, so don’t worry about water or soil. And they’ll do just fine in the natural sunlight in your space — no need to rearrange your kitchen or dining room to get them in direct sunlight. Place them where you want and watch them grow into true beauties; expect two stems to grow within 4 to 5 weeks, then flowers on those stems within the following 3 to 4 weeks. Once fully bloomed, you’ll see flowers that range from 10 to 18 inches tall in vibrant shades of either red or white. It’s really that easy!

Love These “Living Ornaments”? Then You’ll Also Love…

Don’t be bummed if you can’t find these beloved bulbs at your local Costco — they’re super popular and will likely fly off shelves faster than you can say “Happy holidays!” Luckily, Amazon sells individual wax-dipped bulbs for around $20 each, and they also come in a variety of wax colors like bronze, green, gold, white, and red. Grab a few and have them delivered right to your doorstep in a snap. Hopefully, you’ll find them at Trader Joe’s soon, too!

My advice? Don’t keep these cheerful bulbs to yourself. Spread the love by gifting them to your friends and family; their gorgeous and fuss-free nature make them perfect for anyone, from flower novices to full-on plant parents. Head to your nearest Costco ASAP to snatch these bulbs while you can — they won’t last long!
