Costco’s in-house bakery has churned out many popular baked treats over the years, and because of their expertise in the dessert department, it makes sense that they would also choose desserts from other brands that are just as exceptional. A recent find on the Costco Fans Instagram account suggests that Costco still knows what they’re doing, with the unveiling of their latest addition to the sweets aisle, Raspberry Lemon Rose Bundt cake by Bakery Street Inc

Officially available at limited Costco locations (most spotted on the West Coast), this rose-shaped raspberry lemon-flavored Bundt cake retails for $9.49 and weighs in at a whopping 38 ounces (a little over 2 pounds), and features a mesmerizing raspberry-lemon marble swirl. Described by Costco Fans as having a “crispier texture on the outside, and more moist on the inside,” this Bundt cake really has consumers excited to try it.

One commenter expressed their fear of missing out by exclaiming, “Only if I could transport myself to any Costco … ”, while another pointed out how the cake is “very good with berries and whipped cream.”

If you’re ready to enjoy this offering from Costco, one thing is for certain — finding it is not going to be easy. With reports of the cakes only being available at locations in California’s Bay Area and Washington state, you may need to take a road trip to taste this one. So, just to be safe, make sure you call your closest Costco locations in advance, and use the item number 1739804 to help narrow down the search.

Additionally, it seems miniature versions of the raspberry lemon Bundt cake are also available at limited locations, packaged in four-packs, and weighing in at a total of 20 ounces.

Happy hunting, and good luck satisfying that pesky sweet tooth!
