It’s no secret how much we love Costco’s private-label brand, Kirkland Signature. Whether we’re talking about its olive oil, healthy snacks, or even its vodka, it’s very hard to go wrong with this brand. While there are plenty of old favorites that have been around for years, the brand also comes out with new groceries on a fairly regular basis. And the new stuff is what we’re here to talk about today (which you clearly already knew based on the title of this post).

With the year more than halfway over, we thought it was a good time to look at the best new Kirkland Signature groceries to hit shelves so far in 2019. Here goes.

1. Kirkland Signature Organic Dark Chocolate Belgian Thins, $9 for 17.6 ounces

If you’re craving something rich and sweet without a ton of sugar, these Chocolate Thins are for you! They don’t contain any refined or artificial ingredients, the almonds are flaky and fresh, and the coconut isn’t sweetened like most of the bagged stuff you buy at the supermarket. Pro tip: Keep the bag in the freezer and sneak one after dinner for a cool treat!

2. Kirkland Signature Raw Kombucha, $10 for eight 16-ounce bottles

So far this year, our local Costco has had more than five different varieties of kombucha! Their latest offering by Kirkland Signature is definitely on par with the name-brand options. We love the tangy zest of lemon and the tummy-calming ginger that’s included in this blend. It’s also organic and 100% raw, so it’s one of the better ones to try if you’re looking for a high-quality option.

3. Kirkland Signature Dry-Roasted Macadamia Nuts with Sea Salt, $18 for 16.5 ounces

Macadamia nuts are some of the most expensive nuts you can buy. Costco’s new bag, however, comes in at a great price. Our suggestions for how to use them? Work them into some homemade trail mix, add them to baked goods, or use them to make your own nut butter!

4. Kirkland Signature Seaweed Snacks, $9 for 10 Individual Packs

Keep these salty, savory packs in your desk drawer for that afternoon snack craving. Full of vitamins, minerals, and even calcium and a little protein, these are a wholesome treat even potato chip-lovers will approve of.

5. Kirkland Signature Nuts and Berries with Pumpkin Seeds, $9 for 28 ounces

This delicious nutty mix contains just the right amount of crunch and sweetness —without any refined sugar. We love it as a replacement to regular trail mix, but it’s also great when used in place of granola on top of oatmeal, smoothies, or whole-grain cereal. It’s also perfect for an afternoon pick-me-up and is a great source of magnesium, protein, iron, potassium, healthy fats, vitamin C, and fiber.

6. Kirkland Signature Pineapple Rings with Dark Chocolate, $10 for 14.4 ounces

Take a trip to the tropics with this next treat! While they may look indulgent, these pineapple rings are actually not too bad for you. Made with dark chocolate and real pineapple, they’re lower in added sugars compared to most chocolate-covered fruits. Save these for a special treat or break a few up and sprinkle the pieces on yogurt or some ice cream.

7.  Kirkland Signature Mixed Nut Butter with Seeds, $8 for 27 ounces

Smooth, creamy, just rich enough, and super-satisfying, this mixed nut and seed butter is a definite winner. Made with nutrient-dense almonds, cashews, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, and chia seeds, this tasty spread is a great source of fiber and protein.

8. Kirkland Signature Organic Brown Rice & Quinoa, $9 for 6 pouches

This savory mix of brown rice and ancient grains cooks up in just 90 seconds in the microwave. It also offers 8 grams of complete protein per serving, and 15% of your daily iron needs. We love it for a quick weeknight dinner side, or even to be used as the base of a grain bowl.

9. Kirkland Signature Organic Fruit and Vegetable Pouches, $11 for 24 pouches

Fruit and veggie pouches aren’t just for kids. Eat them right out of the pouch or use them in baking, to top oatmeal, or to replace sugary jam. We really love the unique flavors (apple, mango, carrot and peach; apple, strawberry, and carrot!) and the fact that there’s no sugar added.

10. Kirkland Signature Medium Roast Specialty Blend Arabica Coffee, $11 for 40 ounces

Costco has LOTS of coffee options to choose from (name brand and private label, alike!). This new blend is a specialty batch and isn’t too dark or light, which is obviously just what you want for a medium roast. It’s also super-fresh and made with 100 percent arabica beans.
