Costco Just Dropped Another New Bakery Item, and Shoppers Are Confirming It’s Truly “Amazing”

Summer is right around the corner, and Costco is keeping things hot with new desserts popping up in the bakery almost every week. And the recent post from @CostcoDeals has me convinced I’ll likely be enjoying Costco’s newest dessert well past the month of May.

Combining two of my favorite confections (lemon meringue pie and New York-style cheesecake), Costco’s new Lemon Meringue Cheesecake is quite the creation and it looks simply irresistible. Made with a lemon cheesecake base and sweet graham-flavored crust, the cheesecake also includes both a tangy lemon filling and toasted meringue topper. Quite the mash-up, if you ask me.

Weighing in at nearly 4 pounds, Costco’s new Lemon Meringue Cheesecake is currently rolling out in stores nationwide, and can be picked up for just $19.99. The next time I’m in the store, I’ll definitely be running a Lemon Meringue Cheesecake across the scanner in the checkout line.

Personally, I don’t know how Costco does it, but their bakery team has yet to disappoint. Month after month, they’ve rolled out a tempting dessert that is worth spending your cash on. From the popular lemon blueberry loaf to the peanut butter pie that broke the internet, there’s always something to be excited about when shopping at Costco.
