The Best Costco Deals for Stocking Up on Halloween Candy
Even though this year will surely look different, Costco has you covered for all of your Halloween haunting needs. Racks of costumes fill the center aisle, and spooky skeletons and scarlet-eyed spiders creep into your cart, but don’t forget the most essential part: the candy!
The cost of filling the candy cauldron rises every Halloween, so this year I went in search of the best deals. Trick-or-treating might not be happening as usual, but you can still stock up on some treats to enjoy at home. Here are the best deals for Halloween candy you can get at Costco.
1. Kirkland Signature Funhouse Treats, $13.99 for 92 ounces
Kids love the cheek-puckering flavor of fruit candies, and this variety pack has it all. There are Swedish Fish and Haribo bears for gummy gurus, and Sour Patch Kids and SweetTarts to make your mouth water.
2. Kirkland Signature All Chocolate Fun Size Pack, $15.99 for 150 pieces
Colorful M&Ms, snappy KitKats, and the always-coveted Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups make this the best mix of chocolate candies on the market. Buy one bag for the ghosts and goblins and another for yourself.
3. Kirkland Signature Mini Favorites, $17.49 for 5 pounds
If fun-size bars are too wild for your tastes, try this pack of 1-bite mini chocolate bars with mini Reese’s Cups (with their superior chocolate-to-peanut butter ratio), a double dose of Snickers, and, my personal favorite, Baby Ruth. The deal is online only this year, plus a $3 delivery fee.
4. Hershey’s Nuggets Assortment, $12.49 for 145 pieces
Kids (or maybe grown-ups?) will think they’ve struck gold with these foil-wrapped chocolates. Go ahead and throw a few into your weekday lunch bag, too.
5. York Peppermint Patties, $14.99 for 175 pieces
This one is for all the parents. This is the cheapest we’ve ever seen Peppermint Patties! (Note: This deal is online only.)
6. Hershey’s Variety Pack, $14.99 for 30 pieces
Go big or go home! Shop ASAP and get $5.00 off this pack of full-size bars (limit four) — now through October 25.
7. Hershey’s Milk Chocolate, $26.99 for 36 pieces
More full-size bars! Skip the warehouse for these, though — you’ll only find them online.
What are you going to be enjoying from home this year?
