It's Harvest Month here, and the Fall Colors Contest is in full swing over at our sister sites!

We want in on the color fun, and so we're paying even more attention to the colors we're cooking with this month. It all works so well - harvest fruits and vegetables have some of the richest colors of the year, and these colors often mean that these are the best foods for you to eat, too. Think dark green kale, orange pumpkin, scarlet beets, and green and violet pears.
