Q: My brother is a sophomore in college and has a kitchen in his dorm, which is great. He doesn't have a ton of time to make meals but he loves healthy, quick dinners. For example, he makes a lot of quinoa and veggie bowls. For Hannukah, which is in a couple of weeks, I went to get him a cookbook with healthy, fast ideas. Any suggestions? Thanks so much!

Editor: I think Mark Bittman's How to Cook Everything or Aida Mollenkamp's Keys to the Kitchen would both be excellent choices for your brother. I also have a copy of new cookbook on my desk called The Really Hungry Student Cookbook, which looks like exactly the kind of book your brother would like!
