The Container Store’s 25% Off Kitchen Sale Is Happening Right Now
When it comes to daydreaming about a future of perfectly organized pantries, you can scroll through Instagram (looking at you, Kristen Bell) or you can walk through a store full of the supplies that can make your dream a reality. One of our go-tos for organizers, separators, and (of course) containers has long been the Container Store.
If you’re also a huge fan of this organizing wonderland, we have some very good news: The Container Store is currently running a 25-percent-off promotion on kitchen products through April 1. Some exclusions apply to certain brands, but, in general, now is the time to stock up.
Not sure where to start? Here are some of our editors’ top picks.
1. InterDesign Deep Fridge Binz, from $8
Our Editor-in-Chief Faith Durand recently purchased some fridge bins to corral her freezer and she says they made all the difference. The uses for these bins are limitless, but they are a great way to keep floppy bags organized in the freezer, or keep individually packaged goods (like yogurt) close at hand and in one place in the fridge.
Regular drawer organizers are a dime a dozen, but this one is customizable to fit up to six types of silverware of different widths and lengths. A hidden side drawer for larger utensils expands to fit the entire drawer, and grippy feet keep the whole thing from sliding around.
Speaking of customizable storage solutions, this organizer allows you to neatly arrange all those boxes of baggies, foils, and wraps. You can then stick the holder in a cabinet rather than having to cede an entire drawer to all the boxes.
A long-time Kitchn editor favorite, these storage bins are great for home bakers. Each container is specifically designed to house a baking staple — like powdered sugar or flour — and has the built-in tools to prove it. A ceramic disk keeps brown sugar soft, for example, and a level is included with the flour canister. There’s even a handy little sifter for the powdered sugar!
The infinitely customizable options of the Elfa line can be overwhelming, but the pantry door solution is a good entry point. Easy to install, it comes with six bins that you can move to the exact height you need for a variety of common kitchen items.
