With stone fruits in season and temperatures rising, we've been looking for ways to cool down. When we came across a recipe for Plum Caipirinha, we knew we had a winner.
The recipe, taken from the Food Network (get it here), is very easy to make. It calls for fresh plums, two types of sugar, limes, and cachaça. Personally, we thought the amount of cachaça that the recipe called for was too much - it made the drink too strong and overpowered the taste of plums and limes. We recommend using half the amount of alcohol that the recipe calls for.
