Coca-Cola Is Releasing Another New Flavor and Apparently, It Tastes Just Like “Dreams”
Whenever I am asked to choose my favorite soda, the answer is — always, without a doubt — Coca-Cola. Just like how I crave french fries every time I see the golden arches, show me an ice-cold can of Coca-Cola with all that beautiful condensation on the outside, and watch me fall in love at first sight.
While I am mostly a traditionalist and do not often stray away from the original flavor, Coca-Cola has been known to come up with some tasty concoctions over the years. And the Starlight flavor — which was released earlier this year and inspired by outer space (no, really!) — is one of them. Of course, it doesn’t seem like there’s much to do after conquering space, but for Coke, there’s only one place left to go: into your dreams.
Starting Monday, August 15, fans of the iconic soda can try Coca-Cola Dreamworld, a flavor inspired by an “animated world where anything is possible; where imaginations are free to discover the magic in ordinary moments.” Featuring a dreamy package design with “whimsical shapes and electric colors that create a vibrant optical illusion as well as a Spencerian script in a 3D effect,” the bottle is just the tip of the magical iceberg.
Powered in collaboration with the EDM festival Tomorrowland, fans can experience the dream through an AR music experience, coupled with a Dreamworld-inspired, digital wearable collection from DRESSX for metaverse OOTD’s (outfit of the day.) I don’t know about you, but I’m ready to plug in and quench my thirst.
This dreamy experience is just a few days away, so while you’re counting down the days until its arrival, why not try out a couple of creative Coca-Cola concoctions for yourself? You can try these Cola-Braised Short Ribs using the yellow capped (high fructose corn syrup-free) limited release Coca-Cola, resulting in a much tangier sweetness while still tenderizing the meat. And while you’re at it, close out your meal with some Coca-Cola Soft Serve Ice Cream that honestly sounds perfect during these unforgiving summer heat waves.
