Cider Houses Are Popping Up Around the Country

Not only is drinking hard cider trendy right now, but this gluten-free, lighter beverage is now the focus of producers and new bars that are popping up around the country.

A variety of styles, ciders on tap, and limited batches have now made ciders as popular as beer and wine in some places, and producers are having fun experimenting with fermentation and flavors.
