There is an easy elegance to Georgia Leiby’s ceramics. All of her pieces — which she sells through her Etsy store, Center Ceramics — combine “modern sensibilities with rustic outdoors to create a classic, but never uptight feel.” I simply love the nesting pinch pots and her modern take on a salt and pepper shaker.

Georgia throws clay in her studio in Binghampton, New York, where she also keeps busy with her three-year-old! When browsing through her store, I particularly noticed the small, surprising variations in her pieces: the tiniest of pinches on this mug that give it a subtle clover shape; the stacking salt and pepper shaker in a super minimalist design; the alternating sea glass blue and sea foam green glazes on these porcelain nesting bowls. They’re small details, but they make every lovely piece stand out.
