We love discovering new kitchen brands, and love it even more when they turn out to be legit good. So what makes Caraway’s cookware so special? For starters, it just looks nice! The set — which normally retails for $395 and includes a 10.5-inch fry pan, 3-quart saucepan with lid, 6.5-quart Dutch oven with lid, and 4.5-quart sauté pan with lid — has a sleek, stylish design and comes in gorgeous colors like Perracotta (pink and terra cotta — get it?), Sage, Cream, Navy, and Gray.

“The skillet and pot had a classy, elegant feel that is often lacking from hardcore cookware,” observed Faith, who also loved how the heavy lids fit both pieces. “I would have no problem bringing either the skillet or the pot straight to the table.” 

But Caraway is more than just looks — the eco-friendly cookware, which is made without Teflon and harmful chemicals, performs really well and can hold its own against competitors. “They are heavy and heat evenly, and the nonstick performance is somewhere between a true nonstick skillet and a regular pan,” Faith said of the cookware. “Not completely stick-free (the eggs stuck a tiny bit) but still high performance and very pretty to look at.”

Caraway cookware is oven safe up to 650 degrees F and it’s recommended you use wooden, silicone, plastic, or nylon utensils to avoid damaging the nonstick surface. Cleanup is easy: Just give the pots and pans a gentle scrub with a non-abrasive sponge or dishcloth in warm, soapy water.
