Q: I am hosting a dinner party for a few friends and am having a hard time finding a menu that will accommodate everyone's dietary needs. One friend is vegetarian, and I keep a low-carb diet, which means I eat a good amount of meat.
Do you have any suggestions for a main meal that is both low-carb and vegetarian-friendly? My backup option at the moment is to make multiple dinner options (vegetarian and non-vegetarian), but I would much rather have one meal that is inclusive to everyone's needs if possible.
