This summer we’ve seen a lot of trendy wedding desserts picking up steam. A couple favorites have been these

doughnut wall. But this new wedding cake that just popped up on Instagram might be the most interesting of them all.

Can you guess what this cake is made out of?

This gorgeous cake is made out of ice cream! Did you get it right? Rockwell Ice Cream is the creator of this three-tiered cake. The ice cream cake was inspired by two regular customers at Rockwell Ice Cream who were getting married. The store made a custom wedding cake for the couple, and apparently it was such a huge success that Rockwell Ice Cream now offers it to all of their wedding clients.

The ice cream cake you see in this photo is comprised of three ice cream flavors: fresh blueberry pie, marshmallow crispy treat, and honeycomb. Each layer of the “cake” also has its own unique crust — cookie, brownie, and graham cracker.

This is pretty much the most perfect cake you can serve on a hot day. Not to state the obvious, but the only thing you’d have to worry about is the whole thing melting. It’s probably worth the hassle.
