What’s the number one sign of a good burrito? According to Buzzfeed, it’s the weight. The best burritos should be overstuffed with fillings and bursting at the seams. With that in mind, they went on a hunt for the heaviest burrito in San Francisco.

What were the criteria?

  1. Each had to be a “super burrito” with carnitas, sour cream, cheese, and guacamole.
  2. If given a choice of beans, they had to be black beans.
  3. Dad jokes were encouraged.

So how heavy was the winner? A whopping 1.7 pounds! The only thing we don’t want to know is the calorie counts on these massive meals.

Of course, the most important thing to know about making your own burritos is how to wrap them so they don’t fall apart. Luckily, we have you covered. Here’s our tutorial.
