Let’s talk plates for a moment, shall we? As cooks, food is (understandably) the star of the show. But where would be be without something on which to place all that delicious, beautiful food? Dishes are an essential part of the cooking life, but shopping for them can be a challenge. There are so many options, styles, and stores to choose from.
