Brown Paper Chocolates
A good shot of chocolate can really make a dessert pop; this I know having just gone through a intensive year of creating, eating and agonizing over sweets while writing my book.
Brown Paper Chocolates knows this too. Their line of sixteen different chocolates in flavors like dark chocolate with walnuts, candied beets and brandy, milk chocolate with caramel, cashews, Jack Daniel’s® and fleur de sel, and white chocolate with candied Meyer lemon, Myer’s® dark rum and thyme, are perfect for slicing and draping ever-so-elegantly across your scoop of vanilla or slice of cheesecake. They come in 2-inch square hunks that are made more for the knife than the tooth.
The thing is, I didn’t get a chance to try the across the cheesecake thing because someone around here actually did dig in, literally, with their teeth. See the evidence, at left.
