Blake Lively knows how to live it up. A few months ago, the actor-slash-beverage entrepreneur celebrated her 35th birthday surrounded by her favorite sweets and desserts in a scene straight out of our childhood dreams. Lively, who announced her pregnancy this past fall, posted a meal on Instagram that looks like she might be eating for four instead of two.

The Gossip Girl alum, who is expecting her fourth child with husband Ryan Reynolds, has probably experienced her fair share of pregnancy cravings. This one, however, was so deliciously mouth-watering, that she had to share it on Instagram with her 37 million followers. And I’m glad she did because I can’t wait until my next trip to New Orleans.

Taking to the social media platform to reveal the dish, Lively happily showcased “The Rachel” — her home delivery order from Stein’s Market & Deli in New Orleans, Louisiana. The decadent sandwich consists of hot pastrami, Swiss, and sauerkraut on rye bread with Russian dressing. “Tell me you’re pregnant without telling me you’re pregnant,” read the caption in her story next to the mountain of a sandwich.

But you must order it with extra crispy meat and bread, as Lively mentions in her story caption. According to their website, the Jewish and Italian deli is located in the Lower Garden District of New Orleans (on Magazine Street) and offers traditional and specialty sandwiches using top-quality meats and cheeses.

Lively isn’t the only celebrity gracing The Big Easy these days. Just last week, Taylor Swift celebrated her 33rd birthday in the city and while she spent her big day working on new material in the studio, it didn’t go without a “Lavender Haze”-inspired cake.

If you can’t make your way to New Orleans anytime soon like your favorite celebs though, you can bring the city right to your home with this recipe for crispy fried oysters.
