Bet You Can’t Just Eat One Bite of This Sweet & Salty Snack
Preparing for the holidays can take a lot out of you. It’s wise to have a snack on hand to fuel you through all the shopping, wrapping, baking, and traveling. This “trail mix on steroids,” as blogger Gaby Dalkin affectionately refers to it, is just what you need.
The best part about this recipe is how easy it is to throw together. All you need to do is combine Cheerios, Chex, pretzel sticks, and M&Ms in a bowl; cover the mixture with melted white chocolate; and lay it out to dry until cooled and hardened.
Once the chocolate is set, break up the mixture into pieces and try to keep from eating the whole batch in one sitting. Bonus points if you make extra and give it away as gifts.
