When I think about a Thanksgiving dessert spread, my mind immediately jumps to a table speckled with pie plates. Yes, there are a near endless variety of impressive holiday desserts to choose from when planning your Thanksgiving menu, but it’s hard to imagine a classic Thanksgiving meal not ending with a slice of pie.
