Usually, we like to hold our recommendations until the end of these stories, but this Pyrex set needed to be front and center. Wirecutter picked the 2-cup option, Cook’s Illustrated picked the 1-cup version, and we picked the three-piece set exactly for this reason (size needs tend to vary!). Pyrex’s measuring cups are iconic, and for good reason: They’re made of high-quality tempered glass (which means they can go in the microwave), are super durable, and the markings are easy to read (even after years of use).
