I love a great deal. Seriously: I’d estimate that about 80 percent of my house is outfitted with secondhand or incredibly discounted gear. I even bought my Technivorm Moccamaster off of Craigslist! So you can bet I take my Amazon Prime Day-ing seriously. And as a professional kitchen equipment tester, I definitely have thoughts when it comes to picking out the best gear on sale.

Here are my favorite kitchen-related Prime Day deals so far. Note: Keep checking back throughout the day. I’ll be updating this list as more deals come through!

It’s Amazon Prime Day — check out all our sales and deals coverage!

I love these containers so, so incredibly much. They actually stand upright on their own and you just have to press the tops gently together to seal them. With a wide base and mouth and no creases or corners, they're very easy to fill and clean. (And I'm not on my own here — Kitchn's Lifestyle Director, Lisa Freedman, also loves them!) They come in a variety of sizes, however I definitely don't think you'll regret getting the whole set — especially because the whole line is 20 percent off right now!

This is a smaller version of one of my favorite air fryers of all time. It has a still-spacious air fryer basket and a responsive and intuitive touchscreen and dial, so it's super easy to adjust the time and temperature. The Prime Day deal brings its price to just under $65 — which is a steal.

This collapsible water bottle is pretty brilliant. It holds up to 20 ounces, but squishes down into a tiny disc for easy transport. Plus, you can hook the loop on the cap around a purse or backpack strap for convenient, hands-free transport. For Prime Day, Stojo is offering 30 percent off some water bottles and 40 percent off their pocket size coffee cup!

While this isn't kitchen gear, it is amazing and will clean so. many. kitchen. things. Take, for example, your oven door or a super-dirty baking sheet! And for Prime Day, this Pink Stuff Bundle is 20 percent off.

This is one of the best sparkling water makers you can buy (it even made our list of Kitchn Essentials!). With just one touch of a button (like the name implies!), it fizzes water. This bundle is particularly awesome because it comes with two bottles, two CO2 cartridges, and two bottles of flavor drops. (Pro tip: If you bring your used CO2 cartridge to a SodaStream retailer, like Target, they give you a full one for 50 percent off!)

A full-size Vitamix for less than $200? YES. This is actually the Vitamix I have — and it's super simple to operate and blends things like a champ. It is renewed/refurbished, but it's actually totally worth buying a pre-owned blender. Read more about refurbished Vitamix blenders here.

This is a pretty incredible deal, too — knocking $180 off a normally $500 blender! This blender has built-in wireless connectivity and is bluetooth enabled, so it can pair with Vitamix's app. It also has a touchscreen control panel and comes with a 10-year warranty, too!

This is arguably the biggest "bang for your buck" Vitamix deal, at almost 50 percent off. And Vitamix really does mean it when they say "Professional-Grade." This blender's incredibly powerful and will pulverize anything you put in it — be it fibrous kale green smoothies, nut butter, or soup. It's self-cleaning, too!

I love these plastic storage containers. They're leaf-proof, have simple latches that are easy to open and close, and haven't stained in the years I've had them. This set includes a whole bunch of containers for leftovers, plus a 12-cup sugar container and 16-cup flour container.

Cuisinart makes some of the best at-home ice cream makers. I have a Cuisinart model and while I definitely don't use it every week, it's always reliable when I need it!

Fact: Toshiba makes great microwaves (one of their models is Wirecutter's top pick!). So, if you're in need of a new microwave, this is a phenomenal deal.

It's not super often when you can snag a piece of Le Creuset cookware for less than $100. This is a great grill pan — here to help you with burgers, asaparagus, chicken thighs, grilled cheese, the list goes on!

This compact machine turns food scraps into fertilizer in just 4 to 8 hours, which is pretty incredible. All it needs is a power outlet to work, so you could even store it in your garage or basement, should you not want it on your kitchen countertop!
