Q: I recently bought a 10 kg bag of cull carrots for a steal of a deal. I figured I could put them away for the winter somehow, but am not sure the best way to preserve them. I'd love any suggestions for freezer-friendly carrot recipes or canning ideas.

Editor: Carrots freeze very well, so you could simply cut them into pieces and freeze them. Also, what about batches of carrot soup?
