Summer is officially here! It’s that time of year when we spend most of our days outside, enjoying laid-back summer dinners with family and friends, big backyard barbecues, and all-day cookouts (bring on the gooey s’mores!). So fire up your grills because we’ve got the best grilling recipes for you to make all summer long.

You can never go wrong with the classics, like grilled burgers, smoked ribs, and grilled chicken. Pair them with grilled corn on the cob, grilled zucchini, and baked potatoes on the grill — and you’ve got a winning meal that the whole family will love.

As someone who grills all year round, there’s always a place on my grill for Filipino barbecue chicken and galbi (Korean-style short ribs) every time; they’re so quick and super flavorful!

So whether you have a gas grill or charcoal grill, a big or small grill, here are 61 of our favorite grilling recipes that you can make this summer.
