The Kitchn Collective Shares Their Favorite Chocolate Recipes
I don’t care how predictable it is as a Valentine’s Day gift: I will never, ever be sad to see chocolate. Valentine’s Day is time to bring out the good chocolate, and preferably a lot of it. I want to feel like Augustus Gloop swimming in a river of chocolate, and spend the whole month surrounded by rich cakes, chewy brownies, steaming mugs of hot chocolate with marshmallows, and elegant little truffles that look as fancy as jewelry.
Who else is with me? To get inspired, I asked the Kitchn collective for their favorite chocolate recipes to celebrate with — whether it’s for Valentine’s Day or a plain ol’ Tuesday. Here’s what they had to say.
