About Me

Zoe Adjonyoh is a chef, writer, and entrepreneur. A pioneer of modern West African food, she released her debut cookbook, Zoe's Ghana Kitchen, in 2017 (set to be republished in the U.S. in fall of 2021). Her work has been acknowledged by Time Out, Hachette Cuisine France, James Beard Foundation, TEDXOxford, and more. At the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, Zoe converted her catering operation into a community kitchen and in April 2020, she launched Black Book Global, a representation agency for POC in the food industry. Currently, Zoe is working on her new podcast, Cooking Up Consciousness, and launching a new business, Zoe’s Spice House, set to debut in 2022.
