Grace Aguilar

Grace is a first generation Honduran-American who loves cooking baleadas and pickling curtido. Growing up in New Orleans, she was introduced to cooking at a young age at the legendary Delmonico’s, her godmother’s restaurant. After Hurricane Katrina, Grace and her family moved to Lafayette, Louisiana, where she learned about Cajun staples like boudin and catfish courtbouillon. Grace graduated with a degree in political science, but eventually decided that cooking was her true calling. She currently lives in Austin, Texas, where she's a private chef.
