Elena Apostolides

Elena is a freelance private chef based in NYC and the Hamptons. She's a graduate of a joint program between The International Culinary Center and ALMA, an Italian culinary school based near Parma. Her training in Italy and Greek-Cypriot heritage are the major influences in her cooking. When she's not cooking or waxing poetic about things like Greek Easter and Star Wars, she's likely either playing tennis or nerding it up in cosplay at Comic Con.
