Cheryl Day founded Back in the Day Bakery, in Savannah, Georgia, along with her husband Griff, in 2002. She is the author of two baking books, Back in the Day Bakery Made With Love and The Back in the Day Bakery Cookbook, which was a New York Times bestseller. Cheryl is an avid collector of vintage cookbooks; her enthusiasm for enriching lives through the time-honored art of scratch baking is one of her most endearing qualities. Her forthcoming book on Southern baking will be published by Artisan Books in Fall 2021.
