About Me
Caroline Choe is a chef, artist, teacher and writer based in New York City, and the founder of Create & Plate, a business devoted to helping create community through arts and food education. You will usually find her singing in the kitchen or dancing around the grocery store aisles (or doing these both anywhere, really), often with her awesome husband nearby insisting he's not embarrassed by it, at all.
