Anna Francese Gass is a cookbook author and recipe developer from Rhode Island. Currently, she is a contributor for The Kitchn, New York Times, Taste of Home, the Washington Post, Bon Appetit, and Food52. Her first cookbook, Heirloom Kitchen - Heritage Recipes and Family Stories From The Tables of Immigrant Women, was published in 2019 and she is now working on a second cookbook to be published in 2024.
