Amy Ho
Amy is a baker and cookbook author from Vancouver, BC who believes in moments of sweetness, the magic of butter and sugar, and the ability of flowers to make anything and everything more beautiful. Amy started her blog Constellation Inspiration, a buttercream-coated journal full of recipes and love letters dedicated to all things sweet, four years ago while she was in graduate school. Since then, she has created many layer cakes, conquered her fear of making choux pastry, and been nominated for a Saveur Blog Award in 2019. She published her first cookbook, Blooms and Baking, in April 2020.
