Can hunger actually affect your relationship? As a longtime sufferer of The Hangry, I took particular note of this article in Psychology Today discussing a study of hangry’s effect on relationships. No surprise: we’re all a bit quicker to raise our voices when blood sugar is low.

(The study’s use of voodoo dolls to gauge the aggressive impulses of participants made me chuckle!)
