Q: I am looking for three or four-section glass storage containers, with lids, that are freezer, microwave, and (ideally) oven safe. The purpose is so I can make myself a bunch of healthy “packaged TV dinner” meals, with a veggie, potato/starch, and main dish all in one dish, then freeze them, and reheat when I get home from work.

I have wished for this for eons and I can’t find them online. Do you know if this exists? if not, do you have any other ideas ( I know i could have three small glass dishes and reheat those, that’s what i do now, would be much less of a hassle if i could have one dish).

Editor: The trouble with going straight from the freezer to a hot oven is that the sudden direct heat can cause the glass dish to crack or even shatter. However, I think that most glass dishes could handle going from fridge to oven — what about putting your freezer meals in the fridge the night before so they have time to thaw during the day?

Readers, do you know of any dishes that can go straight from freezer to oven or microwave? Any other advice on reheating frozen leftovers?
