An Outdoor Movie Party: Free Printables for Your Own Movie Party

This week I’m giving a behind-the-scenes look at the latest Gathering from The Kitchn, an outdoor movie party I hosted for about 25 friends, full of homemade snacks and fun details. And today I’m sharing something you can use for your own movie party: two movie-themed printables that you can download (for free!) and use to personalize popcorn bags and your party menu.

These cute designs are the work of A Pair of Pears, whose clean, happy, slightly retro aesthetic is just the right fit for an outdoor movie party. The popcorn labels are formatted to fit Avery 2-inch round labels and look great on simple brown paper lunch bags. (Bonus: printing a sheet of labels is much easier than trying to run a dozen paper bags through your printer. Trust me.)

The menu fits on regular 8-1/2-by-11-inch paper and can be written on by hand. For the party, I cut off the white edges and put the menu in an 8-by-10-inch frame, which worked perfectly. You could also affix the menu to a wall above the food or drink table. However you incorporate them into your party, these printables are sure to add a fun, personal touch and a little color to your next movie night.
