I just came across this holder for coffee filters — it’s an elegant, birdlike solution for storing a very mundane yet necessary thing. Coffee filters tend to splay out over my coffee shelf, or get a little crumpled shoved between the coffee beans and the kettle. This keeps them both neat and near to hand.
You can mount it on the wall, or hang it with the embedded magnets on any magnetic surface.
It’s handmade in Japan and designed by Yoshitaka Nakaya. Available in two colors: walnut (dark) and cherry (light). Pair with this great jar from Evak for a classed-up coffee station.
