Living in a small apartment just outside of New York City means finding clever ways to make space for anything and everything. When I moved into my new apartment two years ago, I audibly gasped at the size of the tiny kitchen — but what was a girl to do? Instead of whining about the lack of space, I decided to do some research to find the best organizers out there.

I tend to get lazy when it comes to organizing my fridge, including food, beverages and sauces. I also tend to forget about all those half-used jars (that sometimes get moldy) in the back. But in my new space I was determined to make this fridge into something I could be proud of — I wanted it to look like Khloé Kardashian’s picture-perfect one (if you don’t know what I’m talking about, you need to check it out).

As much as I love shopping in-store, I love a good Amazon deal; specifically, a deal that will transform your fridge (and pantry!) in an instant. This 11-inch lazy Susan by Amolliar is the space-saving gadget I’m convinced was sent from the Amazon heavens. If you don’t believe me, just read all the glowing reviews

Here’s what I love about this rotating organizing tray: It’s clear, so it helps any small space look more open. It’s also shatter-free, so you don’t have to worry about glass or plastic getting everywhere if you drop it. Finally, it’s small enough to fit in the tightest areas, but big enough to fit larger items from your pantry or fridge. Oh, and did I mention it’s only $11.04? I use my turntable for a few different things. First up: beverages!

I love using a variety of beverages for this lazy Susan, whether it’s iced coffee before work or a Diet Coke midday. It’s also satisfying to fill up and stock after it’s empty to create a whole new carousel of yummy drinks for me and my guests.

I also love to use my tray for all the sauces. I’m somewhat of a sauce connoisseur and tend to go a little overboard with pasta sauces, pesto dips, and dressings (by a little bit, I mean a lot). Luckily, this tray comes in handy when you need a sacred place for all your bottles of goodness, but don’t want them to take up an entire drawer or shelf.

Lastly, I love to use this fabulous organizer for snacks and breakfast items, and it’s portable enough that it can go in the fridge, or sit in your pantry. If you want to use it for your fridge (other than for beverages or sauces), I’d recommend stacking yogurt cups on it. You could also cut up fruit slices and throw in some overnight oat cups for a breakfast-specific section. That’s the beautiful thing about it — you can use it for whatever you want, whenever you want, and it will look stunning every single time, whether it’s in the fridge or pantry, or just on your counter.

What’s more? It comes in three other sizes, and some even come with internal dividers. So there you have it — the best organizer in all of the Amazon land. It’s practical, inexpensive, durable, and will turn your kitchen into a spacious cooking oasis. Khloé, eat your heart out!
