American Caviar Tasting: 12.05.05

Slow Food NYC is hosting a tasting and discussion of several varieties of American Caviar at the French Culinary Institute on December 5th. Sally Eason, an aquaculturist and caviar farmer, will lead the discussion.

The caviars, from Sunburst Trout, Montana White Fish, and Osage Fisheries, will be presented by Galen Zamarra, of Mas, and will be paired with accompanying libations, including Lenz Sparkling Wine.
