Earth Day happens just once a year, and although it's over for 2018, Seventh Generation wants you to celebrate every day. To help, the eco-friendly cleaning line is currently offering Prime members 20% off one item eligible item, and 35% off if you buy two or more.

The sale only applies to bulk purchases, but it's for a good reason: By buying in large amounts, you're also reducing the amount of resources used to ship the products to you. Buy a large supply once, and you reduce packaging as well as fossil fuel consumption for your purchase. And, of course, buying in bulk is a great way to save money as well.

Our favorite pick (as well as a top pick among Amazon reviewers) is Seventh Generation's Powerful Clean natural dish soap. Typically $18 for a pack of six, you can now get it for $14, or get two six packs for $23. The sale currently includes the unscented and clementine zest and lemongrass options. Both are certified through the EPA as a safer choice product for the environment. The unscented options is also designed especially for sensitive skin and is completely free of dyes and scents.

Seventh Generation Powerful Clean Natural Dish Soap, from $14 for six 25-ounce bottles

The plant-based formula is not only good for people who prefer natural products in their home, but it's also a green alternative to traditional dish liquids, many of which are petroleum-based. But that doesn't mean trading off powerful grease-cutting power — Amazon reviewers give high marks for both the performance of the dish soap, as well as the benefits for sensitive skin. One enthusiastic reviewer even posted a before-and-after shot of her greasy, baked-on pan that she got sparkling clean with the unscented version.

The sale also includes the dishwasher version of the soap, as well as a multi-surface cleaner and 100% recycled paper towels. While the paper towels aren't as good for the environment as cotton rags or microfiber clothes, or as absorbent as traditional paper towels, we think they're a good midway option for when you want the convenience of a paper towel during a quick cleanup. (You should, however, plan to keep some non-disposable towels nearby for tougher messes or spills.)

The sale runs through the end of April in celebration of Earth Day, so consider now a good time to stock up on eco-friendly products for the rest of 2018, and truly make every day a little bit more like Earth Day.
